My name is Johna and I am 21 years old. I enjoy reading (favorite authors: Jonathan Franzen, Jonathan Safran Foer, Haruki Murakami, Dave Eggers, and Gabriel Garcia Marquez), watching movies (favorite movie of all time, because I can't recall the rest whenever I am asked this question: My Girl), eating (Japanese cuisine is my most absolute favorite!), traveling, and writing about it. I also like taking photographs. Though, writing, mostly. Writing is something I want to spend the rest of my life doing.
I am from Hong Kong, though I currently reside in Manila, where I've crossed over to the dark side from publishing: advertising. Let it be known, however, that anything and everything expressed in this blog is by me only, and has nothing to do with the company I work for or its affiliations.
One day, I'll author a book. Also one day, I'll live in New York City.
